You can delete everything ChatCupid holds about you at any time. This applies to the ChatCupid app on Android and iOS and to chatcupid.app.
How to delete
In the app or on chatcupid.app: open the welcome screen, tap "Delete my data", then "Delete my data on this device" and "Delete everything". Deletion happens right away.
Or email privacy@chatcupid.app from any address and tell us roughly when you used ChatCupid. We delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your onboarding answers, every reading, any chat still waiting to be read, your Tea posts (with their screenshots), comments and votes, and your account if you made one. Uploaded chats are already deleted after each reading.
What we keep
Records of purchases, which the law requires us to keep for tax and accounting. They don't include your chats or readings. Backups that still contain your data expire within 14 days.
Deleting your data doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play or the App Store, or with the link in your web receipt.
